Does the WILCO Expo Center have RV Hook-Ups?

No quiet yet! Our RV Park will be open at the end of 2018.
We do allow dry camping in the North end of the parking lot.

Can I schedule a tour of the facility after hours?

Most tours are done during office hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Please make prior arrangements for a tour outside of office hours. Call us at (512) 238-2101 to schedule a tour.

How do I find out information regarding renting a facility and costs?

You can contact our Events Specialist for more information regarding a facility rental at (512) 238-2101 or fill out the Facility Rental Request under the Facilities Tab.

How can I see date availability for a future event?

Check our Events Calendar at www.wilcoexpo.com/events
Then contact our Events Specialist for date availability at (512) 238-2101

Are dogs allowed at the facility?

Service and Guidance dogs who fall under the ADA Title II and Title III are welcomed here. All dogs must remain in kennels or on short leashes.

How do I become vendor at an upcoming show?

Visit the show of interest website to find vendor information. We are more than happy to pass your contact information along to the Event Holder.

Can I have my event catered?

The Williamson County Expo Center has an onsite concessionaire to provide food and drinks for your attending guest and vendors. For private events, the event holder can purchase a catering permit, visit with our Events Specialist for more information at (512) 238-2101

Are we able to decorate the hall or hang up signs?

Yes, with approved hanging material. Such as: blue painters tape, gaffer's tape, and/or Command Strip type hooks. We do NOT allow duct tape, nails, staples, or other destructive material.
